How to enter
We encourage talent acquisition and hiring teams to enter one or more of the categories. Teams may also wish to nominate their leader for Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year and leaders may wish to nominate a team member for Talent Acquisition Rising Star. To enter, your organisation must have been in operation for at least nine months prior to 30 June, 2025 and have a valid ABN number.

The entry process is straightforward, and includes answering questions based on how your team worked or how an initiative was implemented.
Submit your entry
From Wednesday 2 July, 2025, you'll be able to access the award submission platform. You'll have until midnight on Friday 29 August, 2025 to complete your submission.
